Read the instruction manual thoroughly before using. After cleansing, starting with the low (orange) or high (red) pulse mode, stimulate the entire face by starting on one side (lower cheek, neck, and lips) and placing the head directly on the skin. Move the wand slowly over the skin, making sure all areas get the light treatment for a full 2 minutes. Move up the cheek to the next area, upper cheek and around the eye. Then after 2 minutes, move to the forehead on one side. Then perform the same treatment on the other side of the face.
